New Tender Approach Launched for GP Clinic at Bartley Beacon

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) have launched a new pilot tender using the Price-Quality Method (PQM) for a General Practitioner (GP) clinic at the upcoming Bartley Beacon BTO project. The joint tender opened on 8 May 2025 and will close on 29 May 2025.

This initiative aims to ensure residents receive better access to quality healthcare within their community, aligning with national goals under Healthier SG.

What makes this tender different?
Instead of basing tender awards solely on rental price, this PQM approach evaluates both price (30%) and quality of service (70%), promoting long-term value for residents.
